When should I make my spa reservations?

We are by appointment only, no walk-ins.

We don’t offer acrylic/dip/extension tip nail services at our spa.  Nail services are not available to book online.  Same day reservation is possible but not guaranteed 

For giftcard(s) holders, please advice us in advance so we can book you in as soon as we can

We can not accommodate group reservation.  All our availability is shown on the book now tab.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a reservation.

Missed appointments will be charged 50% of service fee.


What if I arrive late to my appointment?

It is important to us that you enjoy every moment of your experience at Opal Spa. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for a leisurely check-in. Also, remember to turn off all cell phones and personal electronic devices.  Please use a quiet tone when speaking and use a "spa" voice.

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment.


What is your safety policy regarding COVID-19?

Please follow county and state guidelines.  


What if I have a physical ailment, disability, mobility issue, or allergies?

Please notify the spa receptionist at the time you are making your appointments and your therapist at the beginning of your treatment.

We are beauticians, we are only allowed to practice within the scope.  We can not diagnose or treat any medical condition.  if you have any medical concerns , please consult with a medical professional.
